The space

Located on the hill and at the end of a dead-end road makes Apartments Gajdasic the perfect gateway for families with young teens, couples, or small groups of friends looking for a quiet but still very central place to stay. Walking distance to the beach and at the same time, a pretty close exit to the main road makes Apartments Gajdasic also a perfect starting point for exploring the destination on foot or by car.

This 2 BD apartment is on the first floor. Its balcony stretches through a living room and master bedroom.

All our guests enjoy privacy. This apartment has its own entrance from outdoors.

All the amenities, the open plan living, and the dining areas together with a kitchen make this an ideal place for a family holiday.

The apartment has all the appliances, devices, and amenities needed for an enjoyable stay:

The kitchen has an integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric ceramic stove, oven and microwave. The kitchen is equipped with gadgets such as a water kettle, filter coffee machine, capsule coffee machine, toaster.

The open space of the living area has a large corner folding sofa where one person can comfortably sleep.

The master bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedroom has a big wardrobe with hangers.

The other bedroom has queen size bed and overlooks the garden.

The entrance to the second bathroom is from a common hallway. The bathroom has a sink, bathtub, and toilet.

We do love pets, but we also appreciate all of our guests who all live in the same house when on holiday, and we can’t welcome pets in our accommodation. Thank you for understanding.

The entrance to all the apartments is from the outside of the house.

The private parking area is in front of the house and is only for our guests free of charge.

Guest interactions

Depending on the time of year, you'll have access to us as your hosts or to our property manager who lives next door, who is available to greet you upon arrival, walk you through the property and accommodate anything you'd need throughout your stay.

Other things to note

The apartment is a part of a family house. The ground floor is occupied by the owners and on the first and second floor there are different types of apartments only for guests

The neighborhood is quiet and safe for any family, couple, or small group traveling from overseas. This is NOT Airbnb party booking so please be respectful of all neighbors.

Parking area is in front of the house and it is free of charge.

If you have bikes, you can park them in garage. Please take care of them and lock them properly.

For proper registration in the Visitor system upon arrival, the guests we'll cordially asked for some ID (an identity card or passport).

The neighbourhood

Apartments Gajdasic are located in Crikvenica, in a quiet neighborhood. You’ll have up to 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest beach and 15 minutes to the center of Crikvenica.

Even the beach is close to the house, have in mind that Apartments Gajdasic is located on the hill and parts of the way are steep. If you are traveling with a small baby or toddler, it might not be too convenient to take a stroller to the beach due to downhill and uphill, a couple of stairs, and the busy road you have to crossover. But if you have a bit older child or young teen, you’ll be fine.

The center of Crikvenica is 900m away. You can walk or go by car or bike. During the summer months, the center gets crowded and it is less easy to find a parking space (there are 2 big parking spaces next to theMain bus station). In case you ride a bike or walk be aware of downhills and uphills.

Here you'll find a bakery, bars, pizzeria and restaurants.

The beach (mostly of pebble, but there is also a paved area) is 450 m away. The pathway to the beach from the apartment and back includes steps and (small) slopes in places, ie. it is not completely straight.

Other beaches you can find all the way from Dramalj till Selce are both connected with Crikvenica with a lovely promenade.

In case you wish to explore the surrounding you can visit Novi Vinodolski, the island of Krk, Rijeka.

The grocery shop Plodine is 800m away. There is another shop Spar 1.4km away in Selce or Lidl 3,5 km away. Please drive to all of those shops.

Our neighborhood is quiet. Please be so kind and respect it.
